Agreement to Terms

  1. By creating an account, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. DIY House Inspection reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. By using this site, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of your use.

Temporary License

  1. Once you have created an account and paid applicable fees, DIY House Inspection grants you a temporary license to use this website and the DIY House Inspection process for your personal use. Under this license, you agree to not (i) use the forms, checklists, or other materials (collectively the “Materials”) for any commercial purpose or (ii) modify, copy, or publicly display the Materials. If you violate the Terms and Conditions, this license shall automatically terminate.
  1. You agree that upon the completion of your inspection, you will leave the house and property in the same condition as it was found.

Disclaimer

  1. The Materials are provided “as is”. DIY House Inspection makes no warranty, express or implied, and disclaims and negates all warranties, including without limitation implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. DIY House Inspection accepts no responsibility or liability for the accuracy, likely results, reliability of the use of the Materials, or the completeness of the information and Materials contained in this website or otherwise relating to such Materials or any sites linked to this site. 
  1. DIY House Inspection does not take the place of a full house inspection performed by a licensed house inspector. DIY House Inspection always recommends that a full house inspection be performed on the house after a contract to buy the house has been signed before the expiration of any due diligence or inspection period.
